Questions About Self Service Laundry:
What hours are you open?
We are open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Your last load should be started by 9 p.m.
Do you have machines for large loads such as comforters?
We have four 60-pound washing machines. These are the equivalent of 6 top loading washing machines.
Is there parking?
We are in a shopping center and there is parking in front of and behind our laundromat.
How do you pay?
We use FasCard. It's easy! You can use cash or credit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Android Pay to fill the card.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are fully attended.
Questions About Wash & Fold:
When will I get my clothing back?
Our turnaround time is the next day. We will text you when your clothes are ready.
Can I get same day wash and fold?
Yes, we do same day service for an additional 25 cents a pound.
Is there a minimum?
We have a $40 minimum.
What kind of soap do you use?
We use a high quality commercial detergent, but if you want a special soap, bring it with you and we'll use it.
What is your damaged laundry policy?
We are not responsible for articles not claimed. Unclaimed garments will be handled in accordance with state regulations. We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins. In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage, or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Differences in count must be reported within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted. The company's liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
Questions About Pickup & Delivery:
What if I can't be home during a delivery or pickup?
When you schedule the pickup, let us know where you'll leave the clothes or where you'd like us to leave them. Some ideas are on the porch, behind the gate, on the back porch, or with the apartment manager.
Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver to Lakeside, Alpine, El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, and Spring Valley. If you live or work in these areas, pickup and delivery is FREE! If you'd like service and are outside these areas, let us know. We'll be expanding and will contact you when we cover your area.
What is the turnaround time?
You will get your clothes back the next day unless you have a pickup on Friday. Friday pickups are delivered on Monday.
Is the pickup and delivery for residential or commercial customers?
Yes, we do FREE pickup for both residential and commercial.
